Official Rules: 1. Need not be present to win. Drawings begin at 12:00 noon on Saturday, August 20th, 2011. Winning entries will be selected in a random fashion by FHFH from all entries received. Guns will be awarded as Gander Mountain gift cards which may be used to purchase the specified gun, applied to the purchase of a different gun, or used to purchase other merchandise from Gander Mountain. 2. Must be 18 years old to purchase tickets or enter drawings. Returned checks will void tickets purchased. Not open to FHFH staff or volunteers. 3. Winners not present will be notified. Prizes not claimed the day of the event can be claimed at Gander Mountain, Salisbury, MD. Prizes not claimed within 30 days become the property of FHFH. 4. Gander Mountain of Salisbury, MD will process the transfer of guns to the winners. Gun winners are responsible for any associated taxes and fees related to claiming their prize and must meet Federal Firearms Regulations including Federal background check. Guns will not be given to the winners until they are leaving the event. 5. Winners and participants agree to these rules and the decisions of FHFH and agree to release FHFH and Gander Mountain from any and all liability, loss, harm, cost or expense whatsoever, including all reasonable counsel fees and court costs incurred, and including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death, which may occur from participation in the event and/or acceptance of prizes.
